By accessing and using the Phalanxia platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this Service.

Phalanxia reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to the Phalanxia website. You are advised to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

2. Description of Service

Phalanxia provides an AI-powered cyber risk intelligence platform that helps organizations detect, investigate, and respond to insider threats and compromised accounts ("Service"). The Service includes:

  • Behavioral analytics and anomaly detection
  • AI-powered deep research agents
  • Automated investigation and remediation
  • Security reporting and compliance tools
  • Integration with third-party security tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify Phalanxia immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

You retain all rights to your data. Phalanxia will:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Phalanxia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Phalanxia reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, Phalanxia does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Experience occasional downtime for technical reasons
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phalanxia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any conduct or content of third parties
  • Any security breaches or data loss

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phalanxia, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Phalanxia may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seattle, Washington, and each party hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
